Navigating local and international, interpersonal and group conflict with Coling Craig (Northern Ireland)
Dialogue for Peaceful Change is a global training programme developed by practitioners working in national and international conflict settings around the world. This approach offers a methodology and practical toolkit for managing key aspects of both interpersonal and group conflict. As the Lithuanian society gets more fragmented and polarised, tensions and anger are rising in social media and other spheres of life, this training was an opportunity for the participants to deepen their understanding of a conflict management and develop competences to navigate themselves through conflict situations.
The training was moderated by Colin Craig (Northern Ireland) who has been central to the development of the methodology since its inception in 2005. Colin has over 50 years of experience working locally and internationally, in the field of peace building and conflict management. In 1996, C. Craig was awarded a MBE for his contribution to peace and reconciliation.
